The HD Group (HD Projects + HD Strata Remedial Builders) were engaged to carry out structural concrete works for a new four storey residential dwelling located in Mosman.

Scope of works included:

• Subgrade preparation

• OSD tank construction

• Design and construction of formwork

• Supply and installation of reinforcement

• Concrete placement and surface finishing

• Structural concrete elements included slabs on ground, suspended slabs, beams and columns

• Dincel retaining wall construction including formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement
